What’s your opinion about ” Working for free” being discussed in this episode?

First of all, I think that internships are very important for students or graduates who have not yet entered the workplace. Because internships can let us understand how a company works and how to get along with officers and colleagues in the workplace. Through the internship, we can realize the spirit of applying what we have learned, and explore whether we like this field, and if a graduate has internship experience when applying for a job, I believe that there will be more opportunities for admission than those without internship experience.

So I think if the internship is unpaid, the rich students can afford it, but the poor students may not be able to accept it, resulting in the loss of internship opportunities. And I think if company want to take unpaid internships, they should provide some bonus measures for those poor students. In addition, I think the selection of internships should be fair competition and based on everyone's ability. It's not fair for others to get an internship because you have a good relationship in private.

Finally, ”working for free” for me, if it is short-term, I can accept it, but if it is long-term, I hope the company can pay some salaries. Although the company provides resources, the students also contribute labor to the company, so ”working for free” I will accept it according to the situation.
